Clear, fair, and built around 48 hours' notice.

A £20 deposit secures every booking and comes off your total. Give at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel and it's fully protected. If you're ever unsure, just message Manisha.

Deposit Policy

A £20 deposit is required to secure all treatments and treatment packages.

  • The £20 deposit goes towards the total treatment cost. It is part of your payment, not an extra charge.
  • This policy applies to all treatments, treatment packages, courses and combo bookings.
  • The deposit is retained and non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you do not attend.

Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled through the client portal or by contacting Saina Skin Clinic directly.
  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice means the £20 deposit is retained and non-refundable.
  • Repeated last-minute rescheduling may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time so we can give you your full treatment.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened so we don't run into the next client.
  • Depending on how late you are, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
  • If the appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, the £20 deposit is retained and non-refundable.
  • The treatment price stays the same even if the time is shortened due to late arrival.
  • If you're running late, please call ahead and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask clients to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, or do not attend, the £20 deposit is retained and non-refundable.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
  • If Saina Skin Clinic needs to rearrange or cancel an appointment, you'll be offered an alternative appointment or a full transfer of your deposit.

Shop: Collection & Returns

Our shop is pay and collect, with no delivery.

  • Pay securely by card online, then collect your products from the clinic at The Mayfield Centre, Bradford.
  • We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
