Who we are

Saina Skin Clinic ("we", "us") is a beauty and laser clinic at The Mayfield Centre, 35 Broadway Avenue, Bradford BD5 9NP. We are the data controller for the information you share with us.

What we collect

Your name, contact details and date of birth; the treatments and products you book or buy; the answers and consents you give on our forms (including relevant health and skin information); messages you send us; and, only with your permission, before-and-after photos.

We do not store your card details. Card payments are handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe.

How we use it

To provide your treatments safely, manage your bookings and orders, keep the consent and treatment records we're required to keep, contact you about your appointments, and (where you've agreed) send you confirmations and updates by email.

Who we share it with

Only the trusted services that run the clinic's website: Supabase (secure database hosting), Stripe (card payments) and Resend (sending your confirmation emails). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Treatment and consent records are kept for as long as we're legally required to (for insurance and medical-record purposes). Other information is kept only as long as needed to look after you as a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Just contact us and we'll help.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account (Your Journey). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
